It is time again for the 3rd Annual VESPER CRAFT MARKET. We look forward to seeing returning Vendors and New Vendors.

Here are the dates for the Craft Market Shows.
Saturday, October 14th from 9am to 3pm

$10 per show or $25 for all 3,
1 Table per vendor- each table is 8′ x 30″ – each extra table is $5. per table/show.
All cash/checks/money order to VESPER COMMUNITY CENTER
All monies can be paid on the first day vendor shows
Your vendor fee also helps cover the community center’s cost to advertise your participation and heat the building.

Craft Show Vendor Sign up Form
Let us know which markets you plan to attend, and answer all the questions below that apply. If you tell us what you plan to sell we will try to help promote your participation and products on our facebook page leading up to each show. By signing up, you give us permission to mention your participation and products on our facebook page, press-releases, our website, and to include pictures of your tables at each show. You assume all risks/liability for participating in the show and agree to hold the Vesper Community Club Inc, dba Vesper Community Center, it’s board members, volunteers and members harmless for any claims arising from your participation in each show. All table fees are non refundable (unless we cancel the event) If you have any pictures you want us to promote on our facebook page, you can email them to crafts@vespercc.org

Exhibitor/Vendor information: Doors will open 1 hour prior to the event (vendors only) for vendors to setup their table(s). Vendors will also have one hour after the event for take down. Electricity is available on a first come basis (there are wall outlets around the periphery of the function hall, please bring your own cord/power strip. Vendors for the October November and December events, if you are willing and able, will be asked to stay for an extra 10-15 minutes and help re-arrange the tables and chairs back for bingo which occurs later in the month.
Table rules: Table locations are assigned in the order that sign ups and payments are sent so sign up SOON for the best assigned locations.

Vendors assume all liability for the sale and use of their products and services. All products and services must be legal to sell in Kansas and vendors are responsible for any licenses or taxes that the State may require.
