Booth fees are paid AT THE SHOW

Vendors can set up their booths as early as 8am.

Your vendor fee also helps cover the community center’s cost to advertise your participation and heat or cool the building.

Please note: Any participant at the crafts market assumes the inherent risks of attending, buying or selling goods at a crafts market.market.

I will need electricity (your booth will be along wall - bring your own power strip/cord)

How many 10x10 booth spaces do you require to rent for the Dec 14th Show ($20 for each 10x10 space)

Two tables and chairs will be provided for each 10x10 space you rent.

Optional free advertising opportunity provided with rental of at least one 10x10 space at Dec 14th Show

I will be emailing crafts@vespercc.org up to 2 pictures and a press release about my products and Vesper Community Club may publish some or all of the information provided on its facebook page and/or website and/or in press releases. (Not guaranteed to run in all outlets)

Please agree to the following: *

I will bring $20 for each 10x10 space requested for the show and give to Denah Jensen
If using a check I will make payable to Vesper Community Club Inc.
I agree to clean off the tables I use, put any trash in nearest receptacle, and fold and return the tables & chairs to the nearest rolling cart after the show
I assume all risks/liability for participating in the show and agree to hold the Vesper Community Club Inc, dba Vesper Community Center, it's board members, volunteers and members harmless for any claims arising from your participation in each show.

Table rules: Table locations are assigned in the order that vendors sign up.

Vendors assume all liability for the sale and use of their products and services. All products and services must be legal to sell in Kansas and vendors are responsible for any licenses or taxes that the State may require.
