Farmers Markets to resume Thursdays 4-6pm

Farmers Markets in Vesper are less than 10 days away ! Beginning Thursday June 16th, every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, the Vesper Community Center at 1247 N 120th Rd in Vesper, Lincoln county KS will be open for sellers and buyers. Vendors can sell inside the air conditoned facility, bathrooms will be open, and tables/chairs are available to use at no cost. Admission is free and there are no fees charged to sellers. Sellers can sign up using the form on the farmers market page below and your goods will announced on our facebook page.

Last year, there were crafts, ready to eat dinners, a variety of fresh produce, specialty foods, and delicious baked goods. The volunteer concession stand will also be selling ice cream sundaes, floats and beverages to fund raise for the farmers market and other community programs.

Programs like the farmers markets are made possible by volunteers and local businesses which include Bennington State Bank, World Pest Control, Kansas Midwest Homes and Movers, Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed of Sylvan Grove, Seirer’s Clothing, Citizens State Bank & Trust, the Hungry Hunter restaurant, Meyer Tire and Lube, the Bank of Tescott, Strategic Farm Solutions, and S&S Auto service and towing.
