Annual Memorial Day Meal May 29th

The annual Memorial Day luncheon meal at the Vesper Community Center is happening Monday, May 29th from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Residents and visitors are welcome to stop by and enjoy a fresh made free will donation meal while they are travelling through the county visiting memorial sites. The community center is located at 1247 N 120th Rd in Vesper township, Lincoln KS 67455.

This year’s meal features sloppy joes, cheesy potatoes with ham, green bean caserole, and some AMAZING desserts with a choice of beverage.


This is the center’s largest fundraiser of the year and donations will be especially appreciated. The interior of the facility was recently repainted and new trim was installed. Be sure to stop by and see all the improvements that have been done. The facility is supported by grants from the Dane G Hansen and Post Rock Community Foundations, the Lincoln County Wind Economic Benefit fund, local businesses and individual donors.
