Who loves SWEET CORN ? There will be sweet corn today Thursday July 8th at the Vesper Farmers Market from 4pm – 7pm ! There will also be a new crafts vendor offering locally made woodworking and other crafts. The last few farmers markets have had tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, fresh baked breads, pies, cookies and rolls, grab and go meals, handmade jewelry, soaps jams, jellies, and solar art lamps and more. Each week is different.
The farmers market community program is made possible through generous financial support from local businesses which include the Bank of Tescott, S&S Auto service and towing, Bennington State Bank, World Pest Control, Kansas Midwest Homes and Movers, Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed of Sylvan Grove, Seirer’s Clothing, Citizens State Bank & Trust, the Hungry Hunter restaurant, and Meyer Tire and Lube.
